CANCELLATION POLICY
Things happen, plans change. We understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Please note that appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. This helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.

HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
Shear Thairapy Salon is the creation of two local moms with a shared dream to own and operate their own salon. They wanted to provide Olney with a high quality salon that has a personal focus on your needs and satisfaction. Staci and Amanda first met at Sherwood High School and connected again professionally by working at the same local salon after graduating. Their friendship continued to grow and ten years later, in 2016, Shear Thairapy Salon was born.
With a firm commitment to continuing education, Shear Thairapy will only use top of the line products, progressive techniques, and current styles to ensure your hair is both beautiful and healthy. A casual and comforting atmosphere is provided for you to just relax and unwind after a long day of work and family needs.
Shear Education
Our Shear Education apprenticeship program is designed to guide aspiring stylists towards obtaining their license through comprehensive education and hands-on experience. Our lead stylists provide in-salon classes and the opportunity to work alongside them daily, ensuring each apprentice receives the training and support they need to excel in their career. We are passionate about growing the next generation of stylist within our community.
